Policy

ORDERING POLICY:

Catering requests require 48 hour notice for all typical catering orders. We understand that last minute orders occur, and as always, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your catering and event needs.


Please place your online orders as early as possible to ensure timely processing. Please place your orders by 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm may not received and processed on the same day. Our delivery hours start at 7am. Our office hours are 7:00am-3:00pm Monday through Friday, therefore, orders placed late Friday or over the weekend will not be received in our office until Monday morning. Orders are considered confirmed until we have contacted you to arrange for delivery and confirm your event information.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES:

All service is FREE DELIVERY unless otherwise noted. If the event is off-site, delivery charges may apply.


Our online ordering servers are hosted by CaterTrax, which has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of the information under our control. We use encryption technology to protect your sensitive personal information stored on our servers and while being transmitted over the Internet. Your information is always stored in this fashion and is never transferred without encryption.

 

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:

We would like 24 hours advance notification of cancellation, we may be able to cancel any orders if we have not completed the order. Please call us to cancel a last minute order. Your changes are not confirmed until we have contacted you either by email or a phone call from our event coordinators to confirm your changes.
